Gejiu City of Yunnan Province was a metallurgical industrial city which mainly produced tin and many kinds of non-ferrous metals, such as iron, lead, zinc and copper. It was also known as the "tin city" at home and abroad. Located in Datun Town of Gejiu City, Honghe Iron and Steel Plant was a smelter specializing in steel smelting ,rolling and product sale. Like other metal smelting enterprises, the mission of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction were very urgent. Slag and dust pollution were the main environmental problems. As CHENGGONG developed a such fast and efficient equipment for cleaning and collecting bulk materials, Mr. Zhang, in charge of environmental sanitation in Honghe Iron and Steel Plant shown strong interest when he was introduced by Run Heng Machinery, a dealer in Gejiu area of CHENGGONG.  

At 9:00 a.m. on December 3 of 2019,Honghe Iron and Steel Plant was busy and orderly. The experience activity group of CHENGGONG arrived early as scheduled.

Experience activities on Dec 3 were mainly road-cleaning and slag-collection. CHENGGONG team began to demonstrate equipment after entering Honghe Iron and Steel Plant. CHENGGONG sweeper excellent performance was not affected by the drizzle.

Under the witness of Mr. Zhang and other equipment management personnel of Honghe Iron and Steel Plant, CHENGGONG SW2600 made a clean road. Sweeping from the gate of the plant area to the two-lane road with a length of 2 km and a width of 12 meter took only 18 minutes.

In the stockyard, the mineral powder was caking and frozen because of the rain. But not a problem for CHENGGONG SW2600 Sweeper named for "Engineering" and“Heavy”Machine.

With rotation of the roller brush, scattered ore were collected and turned over to the collector very quickly.

After watching performance of CHENGGONG SW2600 Sweeper, "it is clean, fast and labor-saving" Mr. Zhang highly praised. For long term purchasing plan, Mr. Zhang reminded Ms. Huang to submit sweeper details. 

In the afternoon of Dec 3 of 2019, CHENGGONG team came to Yunnan Cheng Feng Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd ( Cheng Feng company ). Founded in 1994, Cheng Feng company was the fourth largest tin smelting company in the world. After the development in recent years, the production scale and assets of the company continuously expanded. Cheng Feng company had the production capacity of annual 10000 tons of tin lead solder and 10000 tons of refined tin. Cheng Feng company had bought an electric cleaner trying to clean the slag but the effect was unsatisfied. Mr. Tang, representative of Cheng Feng company and his colleagues were looking forward to the performance of CHENGGONG Sweeper. However, they also doubted its working ability in the beginning.

The most effective way to eliminate doubt was to show facts (Video below). The cleaned road was in sharp contrast to the uncleaned road. Though some road sections in the old plant area of Cheng Feng company is uneven, SW2600 sweeper finished good performance.

Leaders of Cheng Feng company also focused the service life and replacement cost of the broom brush. SW2600 Sweeper with High-quality bristles could be used properly more than 3 months. The daily cost is only about 100 RMB,( about 14.5 USD ) less than a worker's daily salary.
