At 11:18 am on October 16, 2019, the contract signing ceremony for the overall relocation project of China Chenggong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was held in Dongjin Jinjiang Hotel, Suining City. Secretary of Municipal Committee of  CPC, Shao Gejun, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Committee of  CPC, Mayor Deng Zhengquan, Member of Standing Committee of Municipal Committee of  CPC, Vice Mayor Yuan Chao, Municipal Direct Working Committee Secretary Zhao Jingdong, Vice Mayor Chen Hua, Municipal Government Secretary Fu Yong, Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone and Leaders of the European and American Industrial Park, Zhu Wenbiao Chairman of China Chenggong Heavy Industry Co.Ltd, and Shuai Jianlin, Vice Chairman of China Chenggong Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd  attended the signing ceremony.

Chenggong plans to invest 5 billion YUAN （ about 0.714 billion USD )  and purchase more than 240 acres ( 160000 ㎡ ) of land to build a world-class engineering R&D and manufacturing base in Suining city. The new base is expected to be completed in September 2020 and will be put into production by the end of 2020. After full production, it will achieve an annual output of 20,000 sets of various types of construction machinery, an annual output value of more than 10 billion YUAN ( about 1.4 billion USD ) , an annual profit and tax contribution of more than 1 billion YUAN ( about 0.143 billion USD ) , and an increase of more than 3,000 local jobs.

The Suining Government expressed warm welcome to the Chenggong Project and believed that this project has filled the gap in Suining heavy equipment manufacturing. It will further consolidate its industrial base and extend the industrial chain. It is a milestone in the history of Suining's industrial development. The Suining Government wished Chenggong advanced engineering machinery industry represented by Chenggong Heavy Industry to achieve a decisive victory in China market and expected successful cooperation between the two parties.

The Suining project is a good historical opportunity.
