Life lies in sports, and corporate life lies in action. Since July of 2019, Chenggong R&D and manufacturing department has carried out a series of work to strengthen the "5S" management.

What is "5S"? It means five items of SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SETWTSU and SHITSUKE. As early as the 1950s, 5S has been popular among Japanese manufacturing companies, which improves Japan products quality rapidly, and expands their world market share.

Realizing "5S" management is a systematic management project. Chenggong , with more than 20 years of Sino-Japanese joint venture experience, understands 5S key points. In planning process of the new factory, the elements of “5S”management are considered: equipment layout, cleaning facilities, purchase & cleaning & replacement of labor protection tools, different assembling tools, factory greening , and ERP system. All the mentioned activities has created excellent conditions for the realization of “5S“ management.

Chairman Mr.ZHU WEN BIAO gave a lesson about 5S to Chenggong management and major staffs.

In late July of 2019, employees of various systems conducted intensive learning of the “3S” pre-basic knowledge. Employees re-understand 3S knowledge from the current production environment.

 The “3S Action Month” event was launched in August. According to the guidelines of “needs and unwanted items”, employees carry out material sorting and begin to standardize regional identification and item identification. They insist on implementing 3S management measures in the new plant area and continue to implement strict cleaning rules.

On September 3 of 2019,  “5S” knowledge contest  was organized. Management commended individuals and groups with outstanding achievements.
